Michael Wertheim is an executive coach and leadership consultant with a 25-year track record helping leaders and organizations thrive at moments of growth, reinvention, and transition. He is the founder of Wertheim Leadership Services, where he works with senior executives, rising leaders, and mission-driven teams to navigate complexity with clarity, authenticity, and strategic focus.

Michael brings a unique blend of business acumen, operational expertise, and human insight to his coaching and consulting practice, drawing on his extensive experience as a media executive, consultant, and certified coach. He has served as COO and Chief People Officer of Fatherly, General Manager of Entertainment Weekly, and held senior roles at media, tech, and social impact companies navigating rapid change.

Grounded in certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute and the Leadership Circle Profile, Michael’s approach combines reflective self-discovery with pragmatic action. Michael is a graduate of Harvard College and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an entertainment omnivore, and a three-time triathlete.
